Why This Resource Exists
A recent arrest can create several records held by different offices. The sheriff’s roster reflects county-jail custody, Search ARCourts follows the court case, Arkansas VINE provides custody notifications, and the state offender locator covers people in Division of Correction custody. This private site organizes those paths so readers can start with the agency most likely to hold the information they need.
No official booking record, court file, or booking photograph is stored here. Details can change as a person is booked, released, transferred, or sentenced, so the originating agency remains the authority.
How Sources Are Chosen
Official sources lead. Greene County Sheriff roster and detention pages are used for current local custody; the Circuit Clerk and Arkansas Judiciary are used for court outcomes; Arkansas VINE and the state correctional locator address later custody states. Federal systems are identified separately because a county roster cannot answer every custody question.
News reports and private arrest aggregators may offer context or older copies, but they can lag, omit dispositions, or preserve stale information. They are labeled unofficial and should be checked against the government record. A charge recorded at booking is an accusation, not a conviction, and every person is presumed innocent unless a court finds otherwise.
What the Site Cannot Do
This site cannot determine whether someone is currently held, change a roster entry, remove a photograph from another publisher, issue a warrant, obtain a release, or interpret a court order. It also does not provide consumer reports or services covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The information may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
Search Partners
Some search boxes connect visitors with outside research providers. A referral may result in an affiliate fee that supports site operation. That relationship does not make a partner’s result an official Greene County record, and it does not affect the order or description of government sources. Partner services control their own results, prices, privacy practices, and terms.
